PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
To place an order, please follow the online purchase process indicated on our website. For the commercial transaction, you must be of legal age and provide accurate and up-to-date information. Once you have selected your product(s) and are ready to complete your purchase, you will be asked whether you want to place your order as a Guest or as a Registered Customer. SHIPPING
We ship to Spain and all of Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the location. To obtain detailed information on shipping costs, we recommend simulating a purchase to get accurate information on shipping costs in your region.
Business Days:
All orders placed through our website will be processed and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national, local, or international holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national and/or local holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Preparation:
Once your purchase is confirmed, order preparation in our warehouse may take 1 to 3 business days.
Order Shipping:
The estimated shipping time for Spain is 1 to 2 days. For the rest of European countries, it is 3 to 7 business days.
Campaigns and Promotions:
During campaigns or promotions, purchases may experience delays in delivery due to the high volume of orders. You can always track your order by checking the shipping information provided via email.
Delivery Delays:
If, for any reason, we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of the situation and offer you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Delivery:
For the purposes of these conditions, "delivery" is considered to have been made when you or a third party designated by you physically takes possession of the products at the provided address. This will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address you provided.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS, we highly value the quality of our products, attention to detail, and adherence to rigorous standards of excellence and effectiveness. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product or your entire order. Here are the conditions to consider for making a return:
Withdrawal:
Within the framework established by Law 3/2014, of March 27, and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to request the return and obtain a refund for any product from the date of receipt of your order.
The deadline for exercising your right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the products. If the products in your order are delivered separately, the deadline is 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the last of the goods delivered.
Please note that, in order to receive a full refund, any gift received with your purchase must be returned in perfect condition along with the product you wish to return. If you do not return the gift, its value will be deducted from the final refund.
Communication of Withdrawal:
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in the most convenient way for you by using the attached form or by sending an email to support@truthtreatments.eu.
You must communicate your withdrawal before the indicated deadline (14 business days from the receipt of your order). TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS will promptly acknowledge the receipt of your withdrawal communication.
Return of Products and Refund:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, once the returned product(s) arrive(s) at our facilities, our team will verify that the conditions are met for processing the refund. Due to health or hygiene protection, TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS will not accept returns or refunds for manipulated products.
You will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed, and in the following days, you will receive a refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. In any case, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the products at TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS' facilities.
If, for any reason, any of the necessary conditions for the return of the product(s) are not met, our customer service team will contact you to provide further instructions.
We will refund all payments made by you, including shipping costs. Shipping costs are refundable in the same amount you paid for shipping.
Return Address:
You must return the product(s) in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Make sure the package is properly sealed to avoid loss or damage during the return journey to TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS' offices. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must send the package with the product(s) to be returned to the following address:

The return must be made with a transport company that allows for traceability of the shipment so that it can be tracked, with the corresponding Tracking Number. Also, the buyer must provide this information to support@truthtreatments.eu.
Responsibility for Products:
Please handle the products with care while they are in your possession. It is important that you return the product(s), including TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS' original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents, in the same condition in which they were received. Use of the products beyond mere inspection, and provided they are not sealed products, may result in the application of the "Value Decrease" (*) and, as applicable, may prevent TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS from accepting the cancellation of the purchase. Therefore, for the return of the merchandise, it is important that you follow the instructions that will be provided in the acceptance email for your return.
Value Decrease (*):
You will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
You do not have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of any of the following products:
Customized items:
Sealed goods for reasons of health or hygiene that have been unsealed after delivery.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. TRUTH TREATMENT SYSTEMS will make every possible effort to supply the products you have ordered in accordance with your order summary. However, there may be occasions when such products cannot be supplied. This may be due to, for example, products not being in stock or an error in the price or product description, among other reasons. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you and, if applicable, propose alternative products that meet your needs.
